I had a bike riding friend with an apple green 2CV. He used to take the back seat/bench out, which is quite easy, and put his bike in there, behind the front seats. It's quite roomy in the back without the rear bench. The roof was mostly fabric, which rolled back, so a roof rack could be attached to the outer rails but I haven't seen one with a bike attached. It's possible to put a roof rack on a 2CV, so a bike could be strapped to that. Google images didn't offer any evidence unfortunately!

I'm sure, also, that some urban bikes are so sturdy it's possible to put a 2CV on the rear rack. That's another photo I'd like to see.
